Graduation Announcements

Senior Announcements are the formal and socially accepted way to share with family and friends the once-in-a-lifetime event of graduating from High School. *It is NOT an invitation to the actual Commencement Ceremony

Announcements are delivered to your school about 4-6 weeks prior to graduation.

Cap & Gown, Senior Items/Orders

Cap & Gowns sizes are determined by the student’s height and weight.

Only select schools provide order sessions; however, if your school’s information flyer has the option to book an appointment, you may do so. Go to, select your school, and click on Book An Appointment.

YES – You can place your order on our website  Select your school, and place your order.

YES – You can come to our office (2020 New Dorset Rd. Powhatan VA 23139) and/or call our office (804-598-0971) to place your order over the phone.

First check your spam/junk folder.

Second check your bank/credit card to make sure the charge went through.

If the charge didn’t go through, then your order has not been placed.

If you placed your order at your in-school ordering event it can take 3-4 weeks for your order to be entered into our system.

Once your order is entered into our system, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.  Please review your order at that time and let us know if there are any errors.

For most schools, Cap and Gown Units along with Graduation Announcements/fine paper products are delivered to the school in the spring.

If you place your order after the senior delivery event at your school, all items will be mailed to your home.

If we have not done the senior delivery yet at your school, the order can be picked up during the senior delivery event at your school.

After the delivery event, orders are brought back to the office.  They can be picked up here in our office, or you can call the office and pay $10.00 to have it mailed to your home.

You will have the option to purchase single items such as stoles and tassels during the second half of the school year at

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product and must be unused and in original packaging. No refunds after your graduation date. No refunds on personalized products or any year-dated Fine Paper products.
